Warranty & Product Guarantee

At Casio Cookwares, quality is an important part of our manufacturing process. Since 1980, Casio Metal Industries has focused on producing cookware designed for dependable everyday use, from pressure cookers and non-stick cookware to anodised, die-cast, induction, and metal-finish products.

Our warranty and product-support policy is designed to help customers understand what is covered, what is not covered, and what to do if they experience a genuine manufacturing issue.

Our Commitment to Product Quality

Casio cookware is manufactured using product-specific materials, processes, coatings, components, and quality-control procedures.

Before using any Casio product, customers should read the instructions, safety information, and care guidance supplied with the product.

Correct use and maintenance can help preserve cookware performance and extend its useful life.

Warranty Coverage

Eligible Casio products are covered according to the warranty period and conditions applicable to the specific product.

Where applicable, the warranty may cover verified manufacturing defects in materials, construction, or workmanship that occur during the applicable warranty period under normal household use.

Warranty period: [CONFIRM PRODUCT-SPECIFIC WARRANTY PERIOD]

If different Casio products carry different warranties, the warranty information supplied with the product or displayed on its product page should take precedence.

What May Be Covered?

Subject to inspection and the applicable product warranty, eligible claims may include genuine defects associated with:

  • manufacturing or workmanship;
  • product construction;
  • eligible components;
  • material defects;
  • other manufacturing-related issues covered by the specific product warranty.

Approval of a warranty claim is subject to inspection and verification by Casio or an authorized representative.

What Is Not Covered?

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the applicable warranty, warranty coverage does not normally apply to damage resulting from:

  • misuse or improper handling;
  • accidental damage, dropping, impact, or crushing;
  • overheating or prolonged heating of empty cookware;
  • use contrary to supplied instructions;
  • unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification;
  • incorrect cleaning or use of unsuitable cleaning materials;
  • normal wear and tear;
  • cosmetic changes that do not affect normal function;
  • damage caused by unsuitable cooking conditions or equipment;
  • commercial use where the product is intended for domestic use.

For coated cookware, gradual wear resulting from normal use should not automatically be treated as a manufacturing defect.

Pressure Cooker Safety & Warranty

Pressure cookers require particularly careful use.

Always follow the operating and safety instructions provided with your Casio pressure cooker. Safety valves, gaskets, handles, regulators, and other components should be inspected and maintained according to the product instructions.

Never modify safety components or operate a pressure cooker with damaged or unsuitable parts.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your Casio product has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Stop using the product if continued use could be unsafe.
  2. Keep your purchase invoice, receipt, or other acceptable proof of purchase.
  3. Take clear photographs or video showing the issue.
  4. Record the product name/model where available.
  5. Contact Casio Cookwares through our official customer-support channel.
  6. Follow the inspection or return instructions provided by our team.

Please do not send a product back without first contacting us unless instructed otherwise.

Warranty Assessment

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee replacement or refund.

Our team may inspect the product to determine the nature and cause of the issue and whether it falls within the applicable warranty conditions.

Where a valid claim is confirmed, the remedy available will be determined according to the applicable product warranty and relevant consumer requirements.
